🎬Movies Check-in
Jan. 16th, 2026 07:12 pmBeyond Loch Ness ('08): It was better than I thought, there was definitely a level of ridiculousness still and a little spotty acting but I think I'll watch it again to catch what I didn't (there were no subs and I didn't feel like putting my headphones in). Also, the girl and her shitty boyfriend were the cliches cliche to ever cliche in these type of movies. I was surprised to see Beckett and Hammond's actors from Stargate and Leo's actor from Charmed in here!
Flight of the Living Dead ('07): Another that was better than expected, I felt like it had distinct characters even if some of them were terrible. Would rewatch.
The Little Mermaid ('24): Man falls in love with woman, almost destroys the world. Kinda lost interest a ways in and skimmed.
Dust Bunny ('25): The plot takes a while to start going anywhere but I got invested around 30 minutes in. I enjoyed the twist and turns it took. I was glad for the post-credits scene though I wonder how she's going to explain everything. 😅 4/5 stars
I took a look at Trunk - Locked in and decided not to watch it.
